Unfortunately Bowker & Roth Property Management serves our condominium complex. We were assigned the worse possible property manager in California- Joe Dabovich. Joe is unresponsive, doesn't return telephone calls or emails timely (if at all), is defensive, very combative, attends HOA meetings with liquor on his breath, and does little as possible to maintain our homes in barely livable condition. He can not handle pressure and has an extremely explosive personality. If you're looking for a new property management company - keep looking - you'll be thankful that you didn't choose Bowker & Roth.
